Biography

Jerry Levine (born 12 March 1957) is an American actor and television director. He began his career as an actor with a guest role on the series Charles in Charge in 1984 and made his feature film debut as Stiles in the 1985 comedy Teen Wolf. He appeared in supporting roles in films including Iron Eagle (1986), Casual Sex? (1988), K-9 (1989) and Born on the Fourth of July (1989).

Levine trained at Boston University, where he earned a BFA in acting, and worked in theatre in New York, including productions at the Roundabout Theatre. He transitioned to directing in the late 1990s, helming episodes of series such as Boy Meets World (1999), Monk, Everybody Hates Chris, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Elementary, Hawaii Five-0, Raising Hope, Chicago Med, Scorpion and MacGyver. He is married to television executive Nina Tassler.
