Biography
Jesse Andrews is an American novelist and screenwriter. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he graduated from Harvard University with a degree in the history of art and architecture in 2004.
His debut novel, Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2012), was adapted into a 2015 feature film for which he wrote the screenplay. He also wrote the screenplay for Every Day (2018) and the story and screenplay for the Pixar films Luca (2021) and Hoppers (2026).
