Biography
Jesse Carr Martindale is a British television writer. He was born on 16 June 1941 in Tonbridge, Kent, England.
Martindale wrote four episodes of the action series Dempsey and Makepeace (1985), credited as Jesse Carr-Martindale. He contributed to other British series including two episodes of Gems (1985), one episode of The Bill (1989, as J.C. Martindale), one episode of Soldier Soldier (1993), and an adaptation for The Enid Blyton Adventure Series (1996). He also wrote the 1985 novelisation Make Peace, Not War, a tie-in to Dempsey and Makepeace.
