Biography
Jessica Brunetto, also credited as Jess Brunetto, is an American editor and director working primarily in comedy. She holds a BFA from the SUNY Purchase Film Conservatory and began her career as an editor for Michael Moore on documentaries including Sicko (2007).
Her television editing credits include Hacks (2021–), for which she received three Primetime Emmy nominations, as well as Broad City, Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens, A League of Their Own and American Vandal. She has also edited feature films such as Zipper (2015) and The Girl in the Book (2015). Brunetto directed one episode of Hacks and her short film Sisters (2021), which premiered at SXSW.
She is a member of the American Cinema Editors.
