Biography
Jessica Congdon (born 25 April 1972) is an American film editor and writer. She edited the documentary When a Witness Recants (2026), directed by Dawn Porter.
Congdon is known for her work as editor and writer on Miss Representation (2011) and The Mask You Live In (2015). Her earlier editing credits include Big Girls Don't Cry (2002). She has also edited documentaries such as John Lewis: Good Trouble (2020) and Dolores (2017), on which she additionally served as co-writer.
