Biography
Jessica McManus is an American actress. She is known for playing Sarah Gopnik in the Coen brothers' film A Serious Man (2009).
McManus, then a recent high-school graduate from Rochester, Minnesota, secured the role after attending an open casting call in 2008. She had previously appeared only in school plays. She also appeared as herself in the short film Becoming Serious (2010) and at the 25th Film Independent Spirit Awards (2010), where she was credited as a winner.
