Biography
Jill Blankenship is a television writer and producer. She began her career on the TNT series The Last Ship (2014), where she worked as a writer and rose through the production ranks.
Blankenship co-created the DC series Naomi (2022) with Ava DuVernay and served as its showrunner and executive producer. She also wrote for Arrow (2018–2020), including the backdoor pilot episode for the unproduced spin-off Green Arrow & The Canaries.
She has contributed writing to Daredevil: Born Again (2025) and worked as a co-executive producer on the series. In 2026 she was announced as the writer of the Sony medieval action film Castle.
