Biography
Jill Sprecher is an American film director, writer and producer. She frequently collaborates with her sister Karen Sprecher on screenplays.
Her feature films include Clockwatchers (1997), Thirteen Conversations About One Thing (2001) and Thin Ice (2012), on which she served as director and co-writer. She produced eleven episodes of the HBO series Big Love (2006) and wrote the teleplay and story for one episode.
Sprecher grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. She worked in production roles on several films before making her directorial debut.
