Biography
Jill St. John is an American actress. Born Jill Arlyn Oppenheim on 19 August 1940 in Los Angeles, California, she began performing on stage and radio as a child and made her film debut in the late 1950s.
She is best known for playing Tiffany Case in the James Bond film Diamonds Are Forever (1971), the first American Bond girl. Other film roles include The Lost World (1960), Come Blow Your Horn (1963), for which she received a Golden Globe nomination, and The Player (1992). On television she has appeared in series including Batman (1966), The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, Magnum, P.I. and Seinfeld.
St. John is married to actor Robert Wagner. They have collaborated on nearly a dozen screen and stage productions, including the 1989 miniseries Around the World in 80 Days.
