Biography
Jim Brandon is a television writer and producer. He graduated from UCLA in 2007, where he met his frequent writing partner Brian Singleton through the Spring Sing comedy troupe.
Brandon and Singleton created the web series Dorm Life (2008–2009), which led to their first professional writing jobs. Their credits include story editor and writer roles on the 2013 revival of Arrested Development, as well as episodes of Dr. Ken (2015–2017), Black Monday (2019), mixed-ish (2019–2021) and Animal Control (2023–). Brandon has also worked as a producer on several of these series.
