Biography
Jim Doughan is an American actor, teacher and writer. He is known for his supporting roles in several films, including Detective Doyle in The Mask (1994), Detective Allen and the voice of Lucky in Stuart Little (1999), the soccer coach in Stuart Little 2 (2002), and appearances in The Flintstones (1994), The Haunted Mansion (2003), Evan Almighty (2007) and Hotel for Dogs (2009).
Doughan trained at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he received a BFA in theatre. He was a member of the Brave New Workshop in Minneapolis and The Groundlings in Los Angeles. He has also taught performing arts, including at Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles. He is married to actress and writer Kate Benton.
