Biography
Jim Guttridge is a Canadian composer, orchestrator and occasional writer. He has worked extensively in film and television, often in collaboration with Daryl Bennett under names such as Ferocious Fish Productions and HiTower Music.
His composing credits include the television series Beauty and the Beast (2012–2016) and First Wave, as well as the films Zacharia Farted (1998), Wishmaster 3: Beyond the Gates of Hell (2001), Wishmaster: The Prophecy Fulfilled (2002), Decoys (2004), Messages Deleted (2010), Riverworld (2010) and Dawn Rider (2012). He co-wrote the The X-Files episode 'Trevor' (1999) with Ken Hawryliw.
Guttridge has received several Leo Award nominations and wins for his scores, including for Zacharia Farted.
