Biography
Jim Hill is an American actor and sportscaster. Born on 21 October 1946 in San Antonio, Texas, he played as a defensive back in the NFL for the San Diego Chargers, Green Bay Packers and Cleveland Browns before moving into broadcasting.
Hill has appeared in films and television, including as the Picket Reporter in Polyester (1981), the Sportscaster in Rocky III (1982) and a Ring Announcer in Pacific Blue (1996). He has also featured as himself in series such as Arli$$ and The Game.
He has worked as a sports anchor and director in Los Angeles television and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for Television in 2006. He was married to actress Denise Nicholas from 1981 to 1984.
