Biography
Jim Poyser is a British television writer, producer and director. He wrote an episode of the third series of Shameless (2006) and worked as script editor on the series.
He created the BBC drama The Driver (2014), on which the US series Parish (2024) is based. His producing credits include multiple series of Brassic (2019–), Cold Feet (2020) and The Goes Wrong Show (2019–2020). He received a BAFTA nomination for his work on Shameless.
