Biography
Jochen Stern is a German actor. Born in Frankfurt (Oder) in 1928, he trained in acting while imprisoned in the early 1950s and later studied law in Göttingen after his release.
Stern has appeared in numerous German television productions, with early roles in the series Ein Herz und eine Seele (1973–1974) and a recurring part as butler George Hethay in Verbotene Liebe (1990s). His film credits include Werner Lause in Aimée & Jaguar (1999) and Mr. Mehlert in Good Bye, Lenin! (2003). He has also written several books drawing on his experiences.
