Biography
Joe Gleason is a film editor and actor. He is credited as editor on Terrence Malick's A Hidden Life (2019), alongside Rehman Nizar Ali and Sebastian Jones. He has also edited the shorts Almost Evening (2011) and Factory (2021), and worked as a production assistant on the television series God in America (2010).
Gleason has acted in Almost Evening (2011) and is credited as Bartholomew in the forthcoming The Way of the Wind. He holds a bachelor's degree in Film from the University of Notre Dame and has taught mini-courses on filmmaking and film analysis. He has worked with Malick since 2016 and resides in Austin, Texas.
