Biography
Joe Jackman was an American cinematographer. He was born on 1 November 1918 in Kansas and died on 10 September 1982 in Los Angeles, California.
He began his career as a camera operator on numerous feature films from the late 1940s onwards, including Ulzana's Raid (1972) and Emperor of the North (1973). He later worked as director of photography on films such as Against a Crooked Sky (1975) and served in that role on several television series, including episodes of MASH (1975), Wonder Woman (1976) and The Oregon Trail* (1977–1978).
