Biography
Joe Landauer is a film and television editor, also credited as Joseph Landauer. His feature credits include Safety Not Guaranteed (2012), Before I Fall (2017), The Sun Is Also a Star (2019) and Time Cut (2024). He has worked as first assistant editor on Signs (2002) and K-PAX (2001), and served as editorial consultant on The Miseducation of Cameron Post (2018).
Landauer edited episodes of the Apple TV+ series Severance (2022–), for which he received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Picture Editing for a Drama Series. He previously edited only features and initially declined work on the first season of Severance before joining the editorial team for season two.
