Biography
Joe M. Aguilar is a producer and production executive. He served as producer on the animated feature Puss in Boots (2011).
Aguilar began his career at DreamWorks as Head of Production for DreamWorks Television, overseeing series including Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared and Spin City. He was co-executive producer on the mini-series Taken (2002) and associate producer on UHF (1989). He later held senior production roles at DreamWorks Animation, including work on Merry Madagascar (2009).
He was appointed Chief Creative Officer and Head of Production, Features and Television at Oriental DreamWorks. He subsequently became CEO of Wink Animation.
