Biography
Joe Rumrill is an actor and writer. He voiced the character Bibo in the HBO series Fantasmas (2024).
His other credits include multiple roles in the series The Special Without Brett Davis (2015–2018) and appearances in EverythingNowShow (2023–2025) and the short film Cornholios (2018), which he also wrote. Additional work includes The Calling (2020) and Lem Can Help (2022).
