Biography
Joe Theismann is an American former professional football player and actor. Born on 9 September 1949 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, he played as a quarterback in the NFL, primarily with the Washington Redskins.
Theismann has made occasional acting appearances, including as himself in an episode of the series Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013). He played Mack in the film Cannonball Run II (1984) and Owen Holland in the television film Love on the Sidelines (2016).
