Biography
Joe Wilkinson is an English comedian, actor and screenwriter. Born on 2 May 1975 in Bromley, he began performing stand-up in 2004 and won the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year award in 2006. He is one half of the comedy duo Two Episodes of Mash with Diane Morgan.
Wilkinson played Dan Perkins, the socially awkward neighbour, in the BBC Three sitcom Him & Her (2010–2013). His other television roles include Jeffrey in Sex Education (2019–2023), Pat in After Life (2019–2022), Cliff in Derek (2013), and Geoffrey the Gaoler in The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin (2024). He has been a regular panellist on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown since 2012 and appeared on Taskmaster and Mock the Week.
