Biography
Joey Curtis is a writer, director and producer. He co-wrote the screenplay for the 2010 film Blue Valentine with Derek Cianfrance and Cami Delavigne. The film, starring Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and received Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations.
Curtis wrote and directed his first feature Brother Tied (1998), which premiered at Sundance. He later wrote and directed Streets of Legend (2003), also known as Quattro Noza. He wrote the screenplay for Girl on the Edge (2015) and co-wrote 2307: Winter's Dream (2016).
