Biography
John Adames, also credited as Juan Adames, is an American former child actor. He is best known for his role as Phil Dawn in the 1980 film Gloria, directed by John Cassavetes and starring Gena Rowlands.
The performance was his only film acting credit. In 1981 he shared the first Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Supporting Actor with Laurence Olivier. He later worked as a manager at Soho Billiards in New York City.
