Biography
John Alban was an American actor. Born on 2 January 1903 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, he appeared in numerous films and television series, most often in uncredited roles.
His credits include Citizen Kane (1941), The Postman Always Rings Twice (1946), Limelight (1952), Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953), A Star Is Born (1954), East of Eden (1955), Gunfight at the O.K. Corral (1957), Inherit the Wind (1960), and episodes of The Twilight Zone (1959) and Batman (1966). He also appeared in Gunga Din (1939) and Till the Clouds Roll By (1946).
Alban was married to Pauline Garon and Renee Evans. He died on 9 August 1978 in Los Angeles, California.
