Biography
John Asbridge is a British production designer who has worked extensively in television. He studied at the Central School of Art and Design, where a visit from a BBC designer inspired his interest in television design.
He is best known for his long-running work as production designer on the BBC series Jonathan Creek (1997–2014). Other credits include Doctor Who (1987–1988), One Foot in the Grave (1990–1996), New Tricks (2008–2011), Love Soup (2005–2008) and The Inspector Lynley Mysteries (2006). He received a BAFTA nomination for his work.
