Biography
John Blundell is a British actor. He is best known for playing Banks in the 1977 BBC television play Scum and its 1979 film adaptation, and for his uncredited role as Chief Rocker in Quadrophenia (1979). He also appeared as Man with Knife in Nil by Mouth (1997).
Blundell spent a long period at the National Theatre. He starred in and co-wrote the children's television series You Must Be Joking (1974–1976). His other television credits include appearances in EastEnders, Grange Hill, Just Good Friends, Juliet Bravo and Girls on Top. He also worked extensively in commercials.
