Biography
John Boyd is an American actor. Born in New York City on 22 October 1981, he is an alumnus of Bennington College. He began his career with small roles in films and guest appearances on television, including two episodes of Law & Order in 2005 and 2006.
Boyd's notable television roles include Arlo Glass in the eighth season of 24 (2010) and FBI Special Agent James Aubrey on Bones from 2014 to 2017, appearing in 56 episodes as a main cast member. His film credits include Argo (2012) and Peppermint (2018). Since 2019 he has played Special Agent Stuart Scola on the series FBI. His father, actor Guy Boyd, portrayed his character's father in a 2017 episode of Bones.
