Biography
John Burrowes is a British production designer and television director. He worked as a production designer on the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who in 1973, contributing to the serial The Green Death.
Earlier credits as production designer include episodes of Colditz (1973), Comedy Playhouse (1970–1973) and Frost's Weekly (1973–1974). He later directed comedy series and specials such as Ben Elton: The Man from Auntie (1990, 1994) and Blankety Blank (1989).
