Biography
John Carl Parker is an American composer and music department contributor, born in 1926. He has worked extensively in television, providing scores and theme music for numerous series and made-for-TV films.
His credits include music for an episode of MASH (1976), the main title theme for Cannon (1971), theme music for CHiPs (1977), and composition work on Dallas (1978) and Trapper John, M.D.* (1979). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for his work.
