Biography

John Furniss is a British costume designer. He worked in film from 1966 to 1978, often credited as John Furness on some productions.

His credits include Eye of the Devil (1966), The Blue Max (1966), The Valley of Gwangi (1969), The Kremlin Letter (1970), The Go-Between (1971), Sleuth (1972), Endless Night (1972) and Daisy Miller (1974). He received an Academy Award nomination for Best Costume Design for Daisy Miller and BAFTA nominations for The Blue Max and The Go-Between.
