Biography

John Heldabrand (1920–2007) was an American actor. He appeared in two feature films, playing Mott in Elia Kazan's On the Waterfront (1954) and Tomasini in Alfred Hitchcock's The Wrong Man (1956).

He performed on Broadway in the 1950s, with roles in the revival of Tovarich (1952), The Immoralist (1954), The Sin of Pat Muldoon (1957) and A Desert Incident (1959). Heldabrand also appeared in episodes of television anthology series including Studio One, Kraft Theatre, Omnibus and You Are There.
