Biography
Johnny Lewis (born Jonathan Kendrick Lewis) was an American actor. He began performing as a child and left home at 18 to pursue an acting career in Los Angeles.
Lewis appeared in guest roles on series including Malcolm in the Middle, Drake & Josh, Smallville, The O.C. and Criminal Minds. He played Kip 'Half-Sack' Epps, a prospect in the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club, across the first two seasons of the FX series Sons of Anarchy (2008–2009). His film credits include Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007), Felon (2008) and The Runaways (2010). Lewis died in 2012 at the age of 28.
