Biography
Jonathan Joss, also credited as Jonathan Joss Gonzales, was an American actor and voice actor. He was born on 22 December 1965 in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a degree in theatre arts.
Joss was known for voicing John Redcorn on the animated series King of the Hill (1997–2010) and for his recurring role as Chief Ken Hotate on Parks and Recreation (2013–2015). His film credits include True Grit (2010) and The Magnificent Seven (2016), in which he played Denali. He also appeared in series such as Walker, Texas Ranger, Ray Donovan and Tulsa King, and provided voice work for several video games.
Joss died on 1 June 2025 in San Antonio, Texas.
