Biography
Jonathan Wolff is an American composer born on 23 October 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Atherton High School and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 17. He began composing for television in the early 1980s.
Wolff is best known for creating the theme and incidental music for the series Seinfeld (1989), which he scored across its nine seasons. He has composed for approximately 75 other television series, including Will & Grace (1998), Reba (2001), Saved by the Bell: The College Years (1993), Who's the Boss?, Married... with Children and The King of Queens. He released a Seinfeld soundtrack album in 2021 and retired from composing in 2005.
