Jorge Salinas is a Mexican actor. He was born on 27 July 1968 in Mexico City and enrolled at the Centro de Educación Artístico de Televisa (CEA) in 1990.

He is known for his role as Luis in the film Amores Perros (2000) and for appearances in numerous telenovelas, including Mi corazón es tuyo (2014), María Isabel (1997) and Qué Bonito Amor (2012). He has been married to actress Elizabeth Álvarez since 2011.
