Biography
José Quaglio (1923–2007) was an Italian actor and theatre director. Born Giuseppe Ferdinando Quaglio in Anguillara Veneta, he moved to France with his family as a child and trained at the Paris Academy before making his stage debut as a teenager.
He appeared in around fifty Italian films and directed several works for theatre and screen. His screen credits include The Conformist (1970) as Italo Montanari, Short Night of Glass Dolls (1971) as Valinski, Who Saw Her Die? (1972) as Bonaiuti and 1900 (1976) as Aranzini.
