Biography
Josephine Ann Endicott is an Australian dancer. She trained at the Australian Ballet School and joined the Australian Ballet company in 1967 before moving to London in 1972.
In 1973 she joined Pina Bausch’s Tanztheater Wuppertal, where she performed as a soloist until 1987 and later as a guest dancer. She returned to the company full-time from 2007 to 2015, working as a rehearsal director and restaging Bausch’s works internationally. Endicott appears as herself in the 2011 documentary film Pina.
