Biography
Josh Cruddas is a Canadian actor and composer. He trained at Dalhousie University, graduating with a BA in classical acting in 2013, and performed as a principal actor at Neptune Theatre in Halifax for two seasons.
His screen credits include the role of Ben Bertolucci in Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (2021), Alexei in Polar (2019) and Ian in Anything for Jackson (2020). He has also appeared in Moonfall (2022), The Silencing (2020), How It Ends (2018) and series such as See (2019), Future Man (2017) and Billy the Kid (2022–2025).
Cruddas has composed scores for several films and shorts, winning awards including the International Independent Film Awards Platinum Award and Global Music Awards Bronze Medal for his work on the 2014 short Madness. He received an ACTRA Maritimes nomination for his performance in Copperhead (2013).
