Biography
Joshua Odjick is a Canadian actor of Algonquin-Anishinaabe and Cree heritage. He is a member of the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation and attended Heritage College in Gatineau, Quebec. He was born on 28 October 2001 in Ottawa, Ontario.
Odjick is known for his performance as Pasmay in the 2021 film Wildhood, for which he received the Canadian Screen Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2022 and the Vancouver Film Critics Circle Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Canadian Film. He has appeared in the films Bootlegger (2021), Bones of Crows (2022) and Darkest Miriam (2023), and the series The Swarm (2023) and Three Pines (2022).
In 2025 he played Collie Parker (#48) in the film The Long Walk and Taniel in the series IT: Welcome to Derry. He has also received a Canadian Screen Award for Best Ensemble Performance for Little Bird (2023).
