Biography
Juani Feliz is a Dominican-American actress. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the Bronx, she began acting at the age of 14 after participating in a school play and secured early television roles shortly afterwards, including on Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2005).
She attended Harvard University, where she studied biomedical engineering and later completed a master's degree while working at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering. Feliz returned to acting in 2016. She is known for her roles as Alejandra Lopez in the FX series Fleishman Is in Trouble (2022), Isabela Benitez-Santiago in the Amazon series Harlem (2021–), Carmen in the HBO Max series DMZ (2022), and Joy Butler in the film Civil War (2024). She stars as Roxie Alba in the ABC series 9-1-1: Nashville.
Feliz was included in People en Español's list of '50 Más Bellos' in 2022 and has received nominations for the Soberano Awards in the Dominican Republic.
