Biography
Judy Engles is an actor and writer. She played Candy Gulf in the 1971 film Harold and Maude and provided the voices of Winston Schwartz and the Lizard Leader in the 1972 animated feature Fritz the Cat.
She later wrote four episodes of the ABC Afterschool Specials series between 1983 and 1986. Engles also appeared as Candace in one episode of the television series Kate & Allie (1984) and acted in an episode of Captain Kangaroo (1980). She had previously performed stand-up comedy with Bud Cort at the Upstairs at the Downstairs theatre.
