Biography
Judy Geeson is an English actress known for her work in film, stage and television. Born Judith Amanda Geeson on 10 September 1948 in Arundel, Sussex, she trained at the Corona Stage Academy in London. She made her first major film appearance as Pamela Dare in To Sir, with Love (1967) and appeared regularly in the BBC series The Newcomers from 1965 to 1967.
In the 1970s she took leading roles in British productions including Poldark (1975–1977) as Caroline Penvenen Enys, Brannigan (1975) and The Eagle Has Landed (1976) as Pamela Verecker. Other notable films from the period are Prudence and the Pill (1968), 10 Rillington Place (1970) and Doomwatch (1972). She also starred in the series Star Maidens (1976) as Fulvia.
Geeson moved to Los Angeles in 1984 and later appeared in recurring roles on Mad About You as Maggie Conway and Star Trek: Voyager as Sandrine. She has also featured in later films such as The Lords of Salem (2013) and 31 (2016).
