Biography
Judy Gold is an American stand-up comedian, actor, television writer and producer. Born on 15 November 1962 in Newark, New Jersey, she graduated from Rutgers University in 1984 and began performing stand-up comedy while a student there.
Gold won two Daytime Emmy Awards for her work as a writer and producer on The Rosie O'Donnell Show. She has acted in numerous television series including Roseanne, All-American Girl, 30 Rock, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Better Things, where she also served as a writer and story editor on the final season. Her writing credits include episodes of Better Things and other comedy specials.
