Biography
Julianne Hough is an American actress, dancer and singer. Born on 20 July 1988 in Orem, Utah, she trained at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London. Her brother Derek Hough is also a professional dancer.
She first came to prominence as a professional dancer and two-time winner on ABC's Dancing with the Stars. Hough has acted in films including Burlesque (2010), Footloose (2011), Rock of Ages (2012), Safe Haven (2013) and Dirty Grandpa (2016). She played Sandy in the television production Grease Live! (2016) and appeared as Iris / Jinx in The Bride! (2026). She made her Broadway debut in the play POTUS (2022).
