Biography
Julien Lacheray is a French film editor. He graduated from La Fémis and has edited numerous features since the late 2000s.
He has worked repeatedly with directors Céline Sciamma, Alice Winocour and Rebecca Zlotowski. His credits include Sciamma’s Water Lilies (2007), Tomboy (2011), Girlhood (2014), Portrait of a Lady on Fire (2019) and Petite Maman (2021); Winocour’s Proxima (2019); and Zlotowski’s Grand Central (2013) and Planetarium (2016). He also directed and wrote the short film La fonte des glaces (2010).
