Biography
Kangding Ray, born David Letellier in 1978 in Normandy, France, is a French electronic musician, DJ and producer based in Berlin. He trained as an architect in Rennes before moving to Berlin, where he began producing electronic music around 2002 after playing guitar in rock bands.
He is known for his film scores, including Wann kommst du meine Wunden küssen (2022) and the original score for Sirāt (2025), directed by Óliver Laxe. The latter earned him the Cannes Soundtrack Award and a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Score.
