Biography
Kate McCullough is an Irish cinematographer. She trained at the Łódź Film School in Poland and returned to Ireland in 2008. She began her career shooting documentaries, including His & Hers (2010), for which she shared a Sundance World Cinema Cinematography Award.
McCullough has worked on narrative projects including six episodes of the television series Normal People (2020) and the feature films Arracht (2019), The Quiet Girl (2022) and The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry (2023). For The Quiet Girl she received the European Film Award for Best Cinematographer and an IFTA award; she also won an IFTA for Normal People.
