Biography
Kathryn M. Drennan is an American writer. She worked as an assistant to Carl Sagan on the documentary miniseries Cosmos: A Personal Voyage in the early 1980s and later contributed scripts to animated series including She-Ra: Princess of Power (1985), Defenders of the Earth (1986) and The Real Ghostbusters (1987).
She wrote the Babylon 5 episode 'By Any Means Necessary' (1994) and the tie-in novel To Dream in the City of Sorrows (1997). Drennan also wrote magazine articles, including pieces on Night Gallery co-authored with J. Michael Straczynski, whom she married in 1983; they divorced in 2003.
