Biography
Katie Lyons is an English actress. Born on 18 August 1981 in Southampton, she began acting as a teenager with roles in the television dramas No Child of Mine (1997) and Walking on the Moon (1999), both directed by Peter Kosminsky.
After graduating from Goldsmiths, University of London, with a degree in Drama and Theatre Arts, Lyons appeared in the Channel 4 sitcom Green Wing (2004–2006) as Naughty Rachel. She has since taken roles in Boy A (2007), The Boat That Rocked (2009), Bluestone 42 (2013–2015) as Corporal Lynda Bird, and Manhunt (2019) as DS Jo Brunt. Lyons has also written for site-specific theatre productions.
